Beginnings
Three Decades of Vision, Craft, and Community
Design Build Detroit has been full time real estate investors for 30 plus years completing over 350 properties and $120+ Million in volume. Our experience in construction and real estate began with custom framing, which grew into a design build company, building energy efficient custom homes and large residential projects, including senior living condominiums, and multi-family apartment buildings. With the further expansion of our capabilities, Design Build Detroit, is currently buying apartment buildings in Detroit to rehab and stabilize, to professional cash flowing properties.
Our competitive advantage is providing our investors with professional and on time, in house construction services for maximum profitability. We are a 30+ seasoned builder, we do not charge the project a developer fee and we work with local Detroit companies. We manage in house, deal with local trades and suppliers to ensure maximum saving to complete the project on time and on budget!
